Island of SERAM Mysteri ECO-ADVENTURE

This is an ideal destination if you just want to get lost from “the Civilisation” and enjoy your self living between local people, eating local foods and just “being local”. 

Sawai, the village where you will base your self during this adventure trip, is a small village with several hundreds inhabitant, lies by the sea shore in a small bay west of Seram Island. 

It is also border with Manusela National park and many untouched white sandy beaches.

Day 01 : Ambon – Masohi – Sawai (L / D)
Your guide will Pick you up from your hotel in Ambon, transfer first by private car to Hurnala habour of Ambon. Leaving to Masohi, the capital of Seram island using Fast boat (depart 09:00 AM) and arrive at 11:00. Your private transport is waiting at the Pier, and after a short lunch in Masohi, you will drive to Sawai on 3 to 4 hours Journey. Stop on the way for pictures is available. Upon arrival in Sawai, Check – in at Lisar Bahari Guesthouse.

Day 02: Sawai – Full day snorkeling (B / L / D)
Full day snorkeling trip/ boat trip around the islands and beaches at Sawai, lunch at the beach (overnight at Lisar Bahari Guesthouse). Lunch will be a local food on brown bag.

Day 03: Sawai – Jungle trip (B / L / D)
From Sawai you will explore Sulawai river using motorized longboat. You will relax on board, and perhaps stop by at local people spot, observe how they processes sago from tree into a flavor. You will continue your river trip deeper into Manusela National park. Watch out for the crocodile spot at some different river banks!
You will leave you boat and start your forest adventure at one point of the river. Today you will have extra guide, a local man who do not speak English at all but he is an expert on forest trails, birds and all kind forest animal. You will firat walk to the waterfall, perhaps having your lunch (local food on brown bag) there, then continue your trek in the forest for several hours. Check – out from the forest, then continue on motorbike taxi to observe the bird rehabilitation center. In the afternoon, return to your accommodation & dinner of Lisar Bahari.

Day 04: Sawai – Masohi – Ambon (B / L)
Breakfast early and by 08:30 AM your chartered van will stand by to drive you to Masohi. Journey will take about 3,5 hours. Upon arrival in Masohi, take a lunch break at the local restaurant , then heading for the fast boat pier. Board the boat at 02:00PM for 1,5 hours Journey. Upon arrivalat Hurnala pier of Ambon, you will be transfer to Hotel Aston Natsepa.
